2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, company, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message when you use our contact or quotation forms, together with the cargo, route and date details of a shipment; and the information in your resume if you apply for a position.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time of visit, recorded in server logs and, where you consent, through analytics cookies.

  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To comply with legal, customs and tax obligations.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

4. Disclosure

We disclose personal information to affiliated companies within the BATI group, to carriers, customs brokers and other partners involved in performing a shipment, and to service providers that host our website and provide e-mail and analytics services. Because we operate internationally, information may be transferred to and stored in countries outside the United States, including Türkiye and the European Union.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and shipment records for as long as needed for the purposes described above and for the periods required by applicable commercial and tax law. Resumes are kept for up to twelve months. Server logs are deleted within thirty days.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to [email protected]. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request deletion or correction, and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights; you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws have similar rights. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.
